I have worked at the intersection of humans, business and technology for 20 years. I have a background in:

• experience design
• digital and traditional arts
• information and communications technology
• helping to build confidence, capability and ‘mastery of their craft’ for individuals and groups of people who make things happen.

I love figuring out how to ensure that big services and systems work in support of humans. This could be for a complex service or system with many moving online, offline, human and non-human parts, or something as ‘simple’ as an online product.

My special sauce is driving outcomes — transforming ideas and ‘good luck with that’ concepts into reality. And advocating for and working with targeted (and often hard-fought for) ‘wins’ to drive systematic change, over time.
